Sale of Goods Act (SOGA)
Problems with unsatisfactory goods cost consumers an estimated £2 billion a year. To tackle this, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) identified a need to help retailers improve their knowledge of the Sale of Goods Act (SOGA).

We created a complete suite of information and training materials suited to varying requirements and learning styles. A freely accessible central online hub (SOGA hub) was developed from where retailers, their staff and retail support organisations could access the materials.

All the materials were editable, downloadable and copyright free. This enabled:
— business support organisations to brand and distribute the items to retailers, providing a cost effective distribution channel for the OFT
— retailers to brand the materials and incorporate them into existing training and communications activities, making it quick and easy for them to cascade the materials down to sales staff.
Excellent materials written in a language for all to understand. Love the colours and graphics. Makes you want to read it.
